Before Bumble, Charlie spent three years at Spotify, overseeing Vendor Management and Strategy functions. At Depop, they were Head of Trust & Safety Operations, enhancing platform safety. At Airbnb, Charlie held various roles in Crisis Management and building scalable safety programs. Charlie began her career as a Safeguarding Officer with Girlguiding UK, focusing on child protection.
