Keynote: The Guessing Game: How Enumeration Is Reshaping Risk for Digital Platforms

15 de set. de 2026

From:

9:00 AM

To:

9:40 AM

- Kausar Kenning, Vice President of Intelligence and Controls, Visa

Digital platforms and marketplaces are on the front lines of an increasingly automated fraud environment. As payment fraud evolves from stolen databases to real-time credential testing, enumeration – the systematic guessing of payment credentials at scale – is reshaping card-not-present fraud and creating new challenges for trust and safety, and fraud prevention. This session will unpack why enumeration is growing, how fraudsters exploit digital payment flows, and why fraud can materialize quickly after successfully guessing payment card credentials. For marketplaces, these attacks may create risk well beyond the transaction itself, affecting customer trust, seller operations, fraud losses, authorization performance, and the integrity of the payments ecosystem. The goal is to provide a practical view of how speed, scale, automation, and advancements in AI are changing the economics of enumeration, what emerging enumeration risks may mean for platform-based businesses, and how layered controls, real-time analytics, and ecosystem collaboration can help reduce exposure. Our aim is to help marketplaces and digital platforms better understand the threat, the stakes, and the opportunity to help protect the future of trusted digital commerce.

Incognia Room

Trust Is a Business Outcome: How Do You Measure It?

15 de set. de 2026

From:

9:50 AM

To:

10:30 AM

- Kathleen Corrigan, Account Executive, Incognia
- Evan DiMeglio, Director of Technology Operations, Walmart
- Carmen Rombough, Senior Manager, Risk Analytics, Thumbtack

If trust is a business outcome, what should platforms actually measure? Every interaction on a digital platform is a trust decision. Yet fraud rates alone don't capture whether users truly trust your marketplace. Join leaders from Walmart, Thumbtack, and Incognia as they explore how platforms measure trust across the customer journey, from identity and onboarding to marketplace quality, fulfillment, and customer interactions. Through real-world examples, the panel will discuss how identity, behavioral, operational, and marketplace signals help cross-functional teams align around shared metrics, make smarter risk decisions, and reduce friction for legitimate users without compromising platform integrity.

LegitScript Room

Fraud by Prompt: How Generative AI is Transforming the Online Threat Landscape

15 de set. de 2026

From:

9:50 AM

To:

10:30 AM

- Laura DeBenedetto, Product Policy Manager, Meta
- Ted James, Global Risk Management Counsel, LegitScript
- Joy Park, Senior Policy Lead, Google
- Scott Roth, Chief Executive Officer, LegitScript

“Is it real?” That’s the question popping up increasingly across the internet regarding everything from videos of combat to fitness influencers on social media. The problem with fraudulent or deceptive AI-generated content is that even experts are finding it incredibly difficult to parse truth from fiction. How do you create an effective strategy for enforcement when problematic content is popping up in feeds, on ads, and on marketplace listings? It’s important to keep abreast of the content and offerings most likely to cause harm or run afoul of regulators. In this session, we’ll cover key problematic areas in AI safety drawing the most media and regulatory scrutiny, including falsified documents, copyright-infringing content, AI-generated adult content, and more. Furthermore, we’ll look at how this content is being created when generative AI platforms are supposed to have safety guardrails. Attend this session to get an overview of the AI threat landscape so that you can better prioritize your enforcement efforts.
