As a Product Director at Rappi, one of the main Startups and Marketplaces LatAm exchange, I am responsible for leading and overseeing the product development, strategy, and growth for the Latin America. With over 16 years of experience in the tech and services industry, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet the needs and expectations of diverse and dynamic markets.

My core competencies includes product design, negotiation, SaaS platforms, Identity, Fraud, payments, CRM, and Web3/Crypto. I am also skilled in applying topological methods and tools to analyze and optimize complex systems and processes. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Engineering from Grenoble IAE in France, and a Graduation Extended in Marketing, Communication and Technology from FIA in Brazil.
