- Emer Cassidy, Head of Trust & Safety, Zalando
- Ailís Daly, Head of Trust & Safety, EMEA, WebPurify, an IntouchCX Company
- Katy McCabe, Global Head of Live Policy, TikTok

Trust & Safety (T&S) teams are often seen as the department of “no.” In reality, the best T&S leaders enable innovation by asking, “How can this be done safely?” This session will explore how reframing Trust & Safety as a driver of business growth — not just a compliance function — can accelerate innovation, ROI, and user trust. Through real-world examples from leading platforms, panelists will share how to move from reactive enforcement to proactive enablement, build influence with product and commercial teams, and design safety into the user experience from the ground up. Key Takeaways: How to position Trust & Safety as a strategic business partner, not a blocker; Examples of T&S initiatives that drove measurable user growth, retention, or revenue; Frameworks for aligning safety, product, and commercial goals; and Lessons in influencing senior stakeholders and shifting company culture toward proactive safety.

From:

TBD

To:

TBD

- Kyle Griffin, Enterprise Account Executive, Incognia
- Felix Reyes, Senior Fraud Analyst, Bolt

As global food delivery and ride-share platforms scale, so does the sophistication and coordination of fraud. Based on a new survey of industry professionals across various geographies, this session highlights the top concerns — including collusion, account reuse, and gaps in tamper detection — and reveals how fraud teams are responding. In conversation with a senior fraud analyst at Bolt, we’ll go beyond the data, exploring how these trends demand new defensive strategies that utilize device, behavioral, and location signals. Attendees will leave not only with insights but also with tactical frameworks and real-world examples for structuring a fraud strategy aligned with market realities.

From “dupe culture” to social media hustles, online fraud has become the fastest-growing digital threat facing young people today. Teens and young adults are now among the most targeted — and sometimes even unknowingly complicit — groups in online scams. Yet this issue remains largely overlooked in national policy and industry strategy. This session brings together cutting-edge academic research and frontline platform expertise to unpack how and why young people are increasingly exposed to fraud, and what platforms, educators, and policymakers can do to stop it.
