Tricia Oliveira

Trícia Oliveira is the founder of 3CA Inteligência Organizacional, a consultancy focused on the organizational architecture of complex companies. Her working thesis is that organizations rarely fail from incompetent people or missing processes, but from the invisible architecture that determines how decisions circulate, where responsibility actually sits and where risk originates. She works with boards and senior leadership on decision governance, how work is organized, organizational risk and crisis management, drawing on two decades handling sensitive matters in high-consequence sectors — mining, oil and gas, aviation and maritime operations.
