She is the founder and principal of Vys, the advisory firm tech companies turn to when youth safety, age-appropriate design, and youth AI risks become business-critical. Vys translates complex safety and regulatory requirements into tangible product features, specializing in safety-by-design architecture for younger users, age assurance deployments, and the mitigation of youth-centric risks in AI and emerging platforms. She previously served as the Global Head of Youth Policy at Meta, where she led age-appropriate strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and Reality Labs.
