Ted James

Ted currently serves as Global Risk Management Counsel on the LegitScript Regulatory and Policy Research team, analyzing global trends in regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk related to products and services sold online. Prior to LegitScript, Ted spent over two decades in the finance and banking industry, both as a partner at a multinational technology-focused investment bank and as a director at a large commercial bank. He previously served as president of the Pacific Northwest Security Traders Association, consulting and lobbying on capital markets regulation. He holds a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College and a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.
