Soribel Feliz

Soribel Feliz is the Founder and CEO of Personal Algorithms, an AI Governance consultancy.

She is currently a Senior AI Policy and Governance Specialist at the Department of Homeland Security.

Previously, she was an AI and Tech Policy Advisor in Congress. Prior to that she worked in Regulatory Compliance at Meta and Microsoft.

Before joining Meta, she was a diplomat with U.S. Department of State. She served overseas in Bucharest, Romania and Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Washington, DC.

She earned Master's degrees in Public Administration and Economics.
