Sandra Khalil

Sandra Khalil is Associate Director at All Tech Is Human, where she drives partnerships and collaborations with a focus on stakeholder engagement and amplifying impactful initiatives across the responsible technology ecosystem, while also helping manage the organization's trust and safety programming. Before joining ATIH, Sandra spent eight years across federal, municipal, and think tank roles fostering people-to-people connections and supporting globally underrepresented and marginalized communities, including posts at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, the Special Victims Bureau at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, and the Center on International Cooperation. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Arabic and an M.S. in Global Security, Conflict, and Cyber, with a focus on emerging tech policy.
