Raúl Burgos

Raúl A. Burgos is a Security Policy Manager at Meta, focused on countering adversarial actors across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. He helps drive Meta's cross-sector intelligence sharing, including the Fraud Intelligence Reciprocal Exchange (FIRE) and Meta's participation in the Global Signal Exchange, building partnerships with banks, platforms, and governments to detect and disrupt the scam networks behind real consumer harm. Before Meta, Raúl served at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he built partnerships with foreign governments to counter transnational threats.
