Lisa Phinisee

Lisa Phinisee is a senior software engineer at Google with expertise in privacy threat analysis. She holds a B.S degree in Computer Science from Brown University, and previously worked on trust and safety for Google Meet, as well as developed analytics systems for core Android communications products. She currently works in the Google Play and Android privacy safety space, architecting agentic AI systems and automated workflows to support review efficiency at scale while maintaining protection for user privacy and the wider Google Play ecosystem.
