With 15+ years in Trust & Safety, Alice Hunsberger has led teams across some of the industry's most challenging platforms. As former Head of T&S at OkCupid and Grindr (two global, publicly-traded dating apps) she's navigated complex policy and operational challenges at scale. Currently Head of Trust & Safety at Musubi, an AI T&S solutions provider, she's at the forefront of using AI for good. Her leadership experience spans the full spectrum from policy development and operations, vendor management and BPO leadership, to product strategy and marketing, giving a uniquely broad perspective on T&S challenges.
