Vonnie Hampshire

Vonnie joined Deliveroo in September 2022 having previously worked in risk and insurance at a Magic Circle law firm. With 16 years' of experience, Vonnie originally qualified as a solicitor specialising in professional indemnity coverage and defence litigation, before being seconded to an insurer; she has since advised multiple businesses on the investigation, management and notification of claims, circumstances and complaints, and led the renewal of international insurance programmes. Vonnie has a particular interest in working with teams to instil best practice to reduce the cause of claims, manage risk and optimise process.
