Heather Lamont, based in Toronto, Canada, is Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Tuhk, building data collaboration technology to combat financial crime. With 25+ years across financial services, fintech, identity and cyber security, she has held senior leadership roles at Mastercard (Ethoca), Bank of Montreal, American Express, Bank of America, ADP, and prior to Tuhk led a global team of 150+ as Chief Customer Officer at Certta. Heather is an advisor to both Marketplace Risk and Payments Canada, and speaks on customer trust, fraud prevention, payments innovation and operational excellence design.
