About me:

Ibby is the founder of Cotera, a platform to build AI agents that automate customer experience processes for companies like Bilt, OpenSea, and Coterie.
He holds a Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, where I developed my expertise in AI, Python, and predictive modeling. Previously, as Peloton's first data scientist, I scaled their global data team and implemented production ML systems. I actively advise seed-stage data infrastructure startups and host "Numbers and Narratives," a podcast exploring how data bridges the gap between marketing and customer experience teams.
