Aniket Ajagaonkar

Aniket has over a decade of experience in big tech, primarily in Trust and Safety, focused on building safer, more trustworthy online platforms. He currently supports Airbnb’s global safety efforts. Previously, he worked at Meta, Google, and Yahoo. At Meta, he led recommendation integrity for Facebook, contributing to efforts around the COVID-19 misinformation, and global crises, achieving a 10x quality improvement. He also led Instagram’s creator revenue-sharing pilot that scaled internationally. Earlier, he helped build YouTube TV’s recommendation backend at Google. Aniket holds an MS from NYU and a BE from the University of Mumbai.
