As senior director legal counsel, compliance officer, and growth partner, Stephen spent his career at the forefront of technology innovation, regulatory disruption, and data privacy—helping mission-driven start-ups to Fortune 500 companies scale growth, protect corporate reputation, and balance legal risk.
