Kenya Fairley

Kenya Fairley has over 20+ years of experience in trauma-informed, survivor-centered advocacy to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence, including experience working in non-profit, city and federal government in the United States, developing collaborative programs, and coordinating inter-agency partnerships and stakeholders. At Bumble she builds trust and safety partnerships that help safeguard the online community across all of Bumble Inc. products, as well as supporting efforts to mature moderation practices and co-designing wellbeing programs for their Customer Experience and Trust teams.
