Heather Grunkemeier

After spending 15 years at Expedia (based in London, Singapore, and Seattle), where she led product teams supported by up to 80+ engineers, she found her true calling: to make technology products safer and inspire others to do the same.

After leaving Expedia, she spent 3 years spearheading the Trust and Safety strategy and overall end-to-end program for Rover.com. In this role, she built a multi-year strategy and executed it across product, operations, marketing, legal, and PR.

In May 2023, she founded twinkle.llc, a T&S consultancy business, which specializes in strategy, policy development, and end-to-end program. management.
