Getting leadership buy-in and investment in trust and safety can be challenging for a variety of reasons, including the lack of immediate ROI, difficulty measuring impact, constrained resources, lack of awareness, competitive pressures, regulatory and legal uncertainty, scalability concerns and perceived UX friction, among others. In an effort to overcome these real and perceived hurdles, we have joined forces with the Trust & Safety Professional Association to survey and interview trust and safety leaders to learn and report back our findings.
