Nick Tapalansky has made a career of bridging gaps between policy, operations, product, and engineering teams. Currently the Senior Director of Safety & Support at MediaLab, he’s also brought operational focus and strategy to program and operations management at Twitter and Tumblr. With SafetyNet•Works, he hopes to build bridges that ensure all teams have access to Trust & Safety tools and expertise, no matter their size or scale.
