Madeline Alexander is a trust & safety product manager at Care.com, where she builds and launches products to ensure a safe experience for users finding and providing care. During her time at Care.com, she has launched several products spanning AI-powered content moderation, fraud prevention, identity verification, and background checks. She works closely with engineering and operational teams to solve complex safety problems. Prior to Care.com, she worked in healthcare tech, building identity and access products. Madeline is based in New York City and outside of work loves to travel, cook, and explore the city.
