Krishan Thakker

Krish Thakker is an independent legal consultant with over 16 years of EU/US dual-qualified experience in AI governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, litigation, IP, and digital integrity. He advises platforms on regulatory compliance, recently concluding a secondment as Digital Safety Counsel for Meta and recently engaging at Google/YouTube Shopping.

Operating an AI-first practice, Krishan leverages Harvey AI and Gemini for automated workflows. Admitted in NY, DC, PA, and qualified in the UK, he holds degrees from King's College London and Columbia Law School. Krishan is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) with AIGP, CIPP/US/E, and CIPM credentials, and served recently as the President of the South Asian Bar Association Florida, and currently is VP of Membership with SABA North America. He also holds several Board advisory positions, including with the Marketplace Risk.
