Juliet Shen

Juliet Shen is Head of Product at ROOST, building next-generation online safety tools. With over a decade in trust & safety, she shaped industry standards at Snapchat as their first T&S Product Manager, led T&S Product at Grindr, and was a PM lead for anti-abuse at Google Workspace. Juliet currently co-chairs the Tools Research Committee at the Trust & Safety Foundation's Research Coalition.
