Dr Jed Horner is a Regional Policy Lead within Trust & Safety, having led teams across Southeast Asia, Oceania and Northeast Asia. He manages real-world harm incidents, global policy and regulatory adaptation, and drives proactive interventions and campaigns to tackle issues on-platform. He has held policy roles across government, the not-for-profit sector (including standards-setting bodies), and the tech sector.
