In further consideration for your registration and/or participation in the event, and as a condition thereof and therefor, you hereby release, hold harmless and forever discharge Marketplace Risk Management LLC from and against any and all damages, costs, claims, debts, demands, suits, actions, causes of action and liability of any kind or nature whatsoever in any way resulting from or in any way related to your registration and/or participation in the event, including resulting from any act, omissions, event, negligence and/or willful misconduct.
