Registration and/or participation is governed by the Terms and Conditions and the COVID-19 Waiver and Release of Claims. Further, there are no refunds, including for cancellations, 'no shows' or those refused entry due to health concerns, including any attendees showing signs of illness. By registering for the event, you agree thereto, including the following releases:

In consideration for your registration and/or participation in the event and any related events (collectively, "event"), and as a condition thereof and therefor, you hereby grant Marketplace Risk Management LLC the irrevocable right and permission to record and publish, without compensation or consideration of any kind, photographs, video recordings and audio recordings, in whatever medium, taken during the event, which may include your image and/or likeness and which may be used in any medium now known or in the future discovered and for any purpose throughout the world. In addition, you understand and agree that your contact information may be shared with other participants, sponsors and partners, and that you may be contacted by other participants, sponsors, partners and staff.

In further consideration for your registration and/or participation in the event, and as a condition thereof and therefor, you hereby release, hold harmless and forever discharge Marketplace Risk Management LLC from and against any and all damages, costs, claims, debts, demands, suits, actions, causes of action and liability of any kind or nature whatsoever in any way resulting from or in any way related to your registration and/or participation in the event, including resulting from any act, omissions, event, negligence and/or willful misconduct. You understand and agree that this complete disclaimer of liability is a condition of  your registration and/or participation in the event.
