About me:

Hey, I’m Richard Meng, founder and CEO of Roe. We build agentic AI for fraud and compliance teams, focusing on eliminating the manual review work that slows them down.

Before Roe, I worked on AI and data products at Snowflake and LinkedIn. At Snowflake, I helped build Cortex, a copilot that lets data teams chat with their data. At LinkedIn, I worked on knowledge graph projects that connected people with opportunities across the platform.

What drew me to fraud and compliance is that so much of the work still depends on humans reading messy, unstructured information and making high-stakes decisions under pressure. That is exactly the kind of problem AI should help with.

At Roe, we work with Fortune 500 companies, fintechs, and marketplaces that are overwhelmed by manual reviews. We help them automate and augment review workflows, defend against fraud attacks, and scale their operations without simply adding more headcount.
