Jimmy leads legal, policy, and governance for the group. His team is responsible for the compliance and content moderation policies that sit underneath platforms hosting tens of millions of user-generated designs at scale. His work spans marketplace liability, platform trust and safety, IP enforcement, and AI-powered content moderation across multiple regulatory environments, including the US, EU, Australia, and India. Prior to Articore, Jimmy practiced law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Covington & Burling in California. He is a frequent speaker on legal innovation, AI adoption and the evolving legal landscape for digital platforms.
