About me:
Over the past 13+ years, I’ve led teams across FinTech, consumer health, and travel—spanning brand, CRM, product, and performance marketing. I’ve managed 14+ marketing tech stacks and supported audiences from 20K to over 130M active customers.
I’ve executed end-to-end operations models—from product creation through campaign delivery—and steered CRM architecture for one of the largest global loyalty launches in travel. My leadership has unlocked multimillion-dollar savings, accelerated execution, and aligned cross-functional teams across data, tech, and creative.
I build what marketing should be: emotionally resonant, operationally scalable, and impossible to ignore. Whether reimagining how we speak to families during a global pandemic, adapting loyalty execution on the fly to reduce friction and churn, or launching a new marketing product from $0 to $2M —my work always starts with understanding the customer.
