Nikhil is a Senior Product Technical Program Manager at Meta focused on trust & safety and integrity for internet-scale consumer products. Over the past decade, he has led cross-functional programs to detect and mitigate impersonation, fraud, and harmful content across products like Instagram Reels, Instagram Lite, and Meta’s Horizon Worlds. He led the rollout of a facial-recognition–based impersonation detection system and the integrity review program for new Instagram features, helping teams systematically identify risks, ship safer designs, and measure harm reduction at scale. His work centers on translating complex safety and abuse risks into concrete requirements, signals, and enforcement systems that protect people while enabling responsible product growth.
