Dr Thomas Bell is the UK Country Lead within the Customer Trust and External Relations Team at Amazon. His portfolio includes scam prevention, product safety and brand protection. Prior to taking up this role in January 2025, he led on Regulatory Engagement at Amazon for UK and EU on product safety. Tom has a degree and Ph.D in Chemistry and has performed previous roles at both the UK product safety regulator, Office for Product Safety and Standards, and consumer group, Which?.
