About me:

Joanna Forster is a litigation partner in the San Francisco office of Crowell & Moring. Before joining Crowell, Joanna was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Wish, a global e-commerce marketplace.
At Crowell, Joanna regularly advises and counsels marketplaces, platforms and e-commerce companies on compliance and regulatory matters and represents them in litigations, disputes and before domestic and foreign governments. Joanna also regularly advises clients on content moderation decisions and policies, terms of service, Section 230 and the DSA.
