Meghan Kalliavas

Meghan Kalliavas has 13 years of intelligence experience supporting both the Department of Defense and private sector on a variety of complex problem sets. She joined Upwork in 2021, where she established and now leads the Trust & Safety Intelligence Team, focusing on emergent threats, organized criminal networks, and nation-state actors that pose risks to the platform and its global user base. Meghan has previously worked as an open source intelligence analyst and a military intelligence officer in various domestic and overseas assignments. She currently resides in San Antonio, TX with her husband, four kids, dog and cat.
