Ryan Stevens

Ryan joined Clutch.co, the leading B2B Services Marketplace, in 2014 as part of a five-person startup and rose to COO, helping grow the company to over 100 employees and $50M in annual revenue. From 2024 to 2025, he served as CEO of a small portfolio of private equity–backed MarTech companies, where he gained clarity on his purpose. Most recently, he founded DigitalReference.co, a platform for professionals to verify their past accomplishments and collect authentic professional references.
