Drew Fowler

Drew has spent a career out of preventing and intervening when bad things happen. After 10 years of policing in Seattle, Drew joined the Amazon Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Safety and Compliance Team. Drew oversaw the physical safety and regulatory compliance for 15k people at 500+ locations and led safety through the pandemic. After being promoted Drew joined Amazon Care where he was the founding member of the Risk, Intel, Safety and Security team. Avail Car Sharing beckoned and Drew joined in the challenge of rebuilding Trust and Safety at a car sharing marketplace. First as the Sr. Manager of T&S and later as the Head of T&S. Driving down losses >90%, developing a new KYC, and pioneered a contactless, automated, fully digital customer experience all while reducing risk kept Drew busy for 2. 5 years before Avail closed shop. Drew is now at eBay in their Risk Management as a Risk Incident Response Manager since July of 2025.
