Previously, Wale was Global Product Compliance Manager at Cash App, where he helped design scalable compliance and operational frameworks. He later served as Director of Financial Crimes at Etsy, leading global financial crime strategy across Reverb (US), Depop (UK), and Elo7 (Brazil), managing teams of 140+ experts.

Wale went on to become Global VP of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Flutterwave, overseeing operations across 42 countries. He brings a truly global perspective to building and scaling technology that drives inclusion and cross-border commerce.
