As the VP of Trust & Safety practice at Concentrix, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure user safety, risk mitigation, and platform integrity, and for working closely with partners for growth management.

I am also a certified lead auditor in critical business standards like QMS and ISMS, and my mission is to scale trust and safety for global partnerships globally, and to create a positive impact on the online ecosystem.
