Patrick Reilly

Patrick Reilly represents multinational and Fortune 500 clients in complex litigation, regularly acting as national coordinating counsel to manufacturers and technology companies in product liability actions. He also leads the firm’s sports and gaming practice and regularly advises clients on sports matters. In addition, Patrick co-leads the EU Collective Redress Directive team and serves as class, consumer and mass tort global coordination counsel.

Patrick also defends technology companies in high-stakes product liability actions. He has particular familiarity with issues of first impression like platform liability and Section 230.
