Kenneth Lau

Ken Lau is a senior risk leader having served in various risk, safety and compliance roles. He is currently the Head of Trust & Safety at Zipcar, an on-demand carsharing platform - overseeing fraud, identity, policy enforcement, insurance and crisis management efforts. Prior to Zipcar, he was the first safety hire and Senior Director of Trust & Safety at Eaze, an on-demand cannabis delivery startup, with a focus on building safety and risk policies/programs from the ground up for legal and compliant deliveries.
