Registration and/or participation is governed by the Terms and Conditions. Further, there are no refunds, including for cancellations, 'no shows' or those refused entry due to health concerns, including any attendees showing signs of illness. By registering for the event, you agree thereto, including the following releases:

In consideration for your registration and/or participation in the event and any related events (collectively, "event"), and as a condition thereof and therefor, you hereby grant Marketplace Risk Management LLC the irrevocable right and permission to record and publish, without compensation or consideration of any kind, photographs, video recordings and audio recordings, in whatever medium, taken during the event, which may include your image and/or likeness and which may be used in any medium now known or in the future discovered and for any purpose throughout the world. In addition, you understand and agree that your contact information may be shared with other participants, sponsors and partners, and that you may be contacted by other participants, sponsors, partners and staff.

In further consideration for your registration and/or participation in the event, and as a condition thereof and therefor, you hereby release, hold harmless and forever discharge Marketplace Risk Management LLC from and against any and all damages, costs, claims, debts, demands, suits, actions, causes of action and liability of any kind or nature whatsoever in any way resulting from or in any way related to your registration and/or participation in the event, including resulting from any act, omissions, event, negligence and/or willful misconduct. You understand and agree that this complete disclaimer of liability is a condition of  your registration and/or participation in the event.

Em consideração ao seu registro e/ou participação no evento e em quaisquer eventos relacionados (coletivamente, “evento”), e como condição para tanto, você concede à Marketplace Risk Management LLC o direito e a permissão irrevogáveis para gravar e publicar, sem qualquer compensação ou consideração de qualquer tipo, fotografias, gravações de vídeo e gravações de áudio, em qualquer meio, feitas durante o evento, que possam incluir sua imagem e/ou semelhança, e que poderão ser utilizadas em qualquer meio atualmente conhecido ou que venha a ser descoberto no futuro, para qualquer finalidade, em todo o mundo. Além disso, você entende e concorda que suas informações de contato poderão ser compartilhadas com outros participantes, patrocinadores e parceiros, e que poderá ser contatado por eles, assim como pela equipe do evento.

Como outra consideração pelo seu registro e/ou participação no evento, e como condição para tanto, você isenta, exonera e libera permanentemente a Marketplace Risk Management LLC de quaisquer danos, custos, reivindicações, dívidas, demandas, ações judiciais, causas e responsabilidades de qualquer tipo ou natureza, decorrentes de ou relacionados de qualquer forma ao seu registro e/ou participação no evento, inclusive decorrentes de atos, omissões, eventos, negligência e/ou má conduta intencional. Você entende e concorda que esta isenção completa de responsabilidade é uma condição para o seu registro e/ou participação no evento.
