Program Entry Period

The Program entry period opens at 8am PT on February 1, 2024, and closes at 5pm PT on April 7, 2024. Each entry requires the submission of required information and case studies as described below.

Evaluation Process / Methodology
Solution providers to be recognized by the Marketplace Risk Solution Provider Excellence Program will be evaluated and chosen by the Marketplace Risk Advisory Board.

Case study submissions
Submit three case studies from a diverse group of customers. We recommend submitting case studies from at least three customers from different verticals so you can showcase the scope and breadth of your solutions, and so the Marketplace Risk Advisory Board can evaluate your submission thoroughly. Each case study must be no longer than one 8.5” x 11” page (please do not include any graphics) submitted below as a .pdf file. Each case study must include contact information (email and phone) for a current contact at the company that is the subject of the case study so that the accuracy of the content of the case study can be verified. While there is no ‘right’ way to structure a case study, we recommend including common case study elements, including: (a) information about the customer; (b) challenges / problem statement / opportunities; (c) the solution(s); and (d) the outcome(s). Here are a few helpful links as you prepare your case studies:
