Sarah is the Sr. Director of Global Safety Operations at Care.com, responsible for all proactive and reactive safety processes and teams. Prior to Care.com, Sarah led the US&C Trust & Safety Team at Uber, handling the most critical and sensitive safety incidents occurring on the platform. Before making the jump to tech, Sarah spent over 10 years working in behavioral health, victim advocacy, and crisis response; managing a 24/7 crisis contact center and expanding crisis services across rural Arizona.
