In her role, Cathleen oversees a dedicated team of specialists who focus on providing eharmony members with a safe environment to find love. Her experience in fraud prevention is instrumental in helping eharmony members discover the most compatible connections possible in a trusted environment. Her team also supports the Customer Care and legal teams at eharmony. Cathleen joined the eharmony team 17 years ago and has been a part of eHarmony's fraud prevention and detection for 15 years.
